Become a Notary Public
Boost your income, improve your job prospects, or increase your value to your current employer by becoming a Notary. Notary skills are valuable in real estate, legal, medical, banking, and many other workplaces. You will take the official notary exam directly following the class.
This class gives you the knowledge to pass the exam and practice as and effective Notary. Participants will receive two practice tests and will take the official Notary exam directly following the class. Registration covers the Seminar Guidebook, Proof of Completion, notary application, and access to the instructor's site with additional educational materials to utilize, however this is optional.

Must be 18+ years of age. Livescan fingerprints are required to become a notary. Serious Convictions may disqualify applicants. Due to State regulations, no one will be admitted to the classroom after 8:15 a.m. You must return from breaks on time.

- Proper ID, which may be one of the following:
- State-issued Driver's license or ID card
- Canadian or Mexican Driver's license
- U.S. passport or a passport issued by a foreign government
- U.S. military ID card
- 2 x 2 color passport photo
- Check or money order for exam payable to the Secretary of State $40, retake fee $20. This fee is in addition to the class fee.

Renew Your Notary Commission
This class will prepare you to take the exam again by reviewing all relevant Notary law. You will take the official notary exam directly following the class. Renewing Notaries are required to take the exam and be fingerprinted again. Renewing Notary must take the Official Notary Exam prior to their commission expiration date.
Your commission must be current to qualify for the three-hour class. Your registration fee includes access to our pre-seminar study guides and powerpoint presentations however this is optional.
Registration covers the Seminar Guidebook, Proof of Completion, notary application and access to the instructor’s site with additional educational materials to utilize, however this is optional.

Renewing Notaries must take the exam prior to their commission expiration date or they will need a six-hour seminar to qualify. Renewing notaries are welcome to join us for all 3 sessions but will only receive a Proof of Completion reflecting the class in which they are registered!

Become a Loan Signing Agent
Already a Notary? Make the most of your notary commission by becoming a Certified Loan Signing Agent. Learn how to successfully notarize the most common documents in a loan package used by the real estate lending industry. Our live instruction class is offered via Google Meet where you’ll learn from seasoned professionals from the comfort of your home. Students are guided through a loan package, a simple strategy to launch your business, and best practice tips preparing you for smooth loan signings and happy clients every time.
A certificate is awarded upon completion of the course.
Topics include:
- Notarize a loan package from any bank successfully every time
- The dos and donts of the profession
- What to discuss with your clients
- How to develop your own business
- Getting signed up with busy signing agencies
Prerequisite: You must be a Notary or have completed the ‘Become a Notary Public’ seminar Your materials fee includes a digital workbook, practice loan documents, and a Certificate of Completion.

Introduction to Unmanned Aerial Systems
This Introduction to Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) course provides a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare students for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot exam. The class will cover the foundational principles of safe flight, including federal regulations, airspace classification, weather as it relates to aviation, aeronautical chart interpretation, and more. The course is designed to ensure students develop the mindset and technical knowledge necessary to operate drones responsibly.
Beyond theory, the program includes hands-on use of UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) through lab activities, mission planning, and flight demonstrations. Students will engage in peer-to-peer collaboration, acting as Remote Pilots in Command and Visual Observers to execute preflight inspections and maneuvering scenarios.
By the conclusion of the course, students will have completed a practice exam and explored diverse industry applications, leaving them fully equipped to pass the Part 107 FAA Knowledge Test and launch a career in the drone industry.

Instructor Bio: Hank Ketelsen is an FAA licensed Part 107 pilot who has worked with drones in creative industries for nearly ten years.
Refund & Credit Policy:
The MPC Continuing and Professional Education program reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. Students in classes that are cancelled by Continuing and Professional Education will be offered a full refund or a credit to their registration account.
Refund Policy for Professional Training/Healthcare Training Classes:
Refund requests will be honored if they are received at least 14 business days prior to the beginning of the class. There is a 10% service fee, subject to a $5 minimum. Students who withdraw after the first class meeting are no longer eligible for a refund, however students may request a credit that may be applied to a future class offering. *Please note, refunds and credits are not granted if a student has failed or was dropped from a training program for failure to meet program requirements.
