MPC’s governing board of trustees is responsible for setting policies, overseeing
the college’s budget, and ensuring that the educational mission of the college is
fulfilled. Look up your local trustee, attend a board meeting, and access past meeting
minutes and documents.
The President/Superintendent is the chief executive, administrative, and education
officer of MPC, reporting to the Board of Trustees and responsible for implementing
Board policies. MPC's President is Marshall T. Fulbright III.
Through the Academic Senate, Curriculum Advisory Committees, and other groups, faculty,
staff, and students bring diverse perspectives to bear on MPC's operations, academic
programs, and more. Their input informs institutional decisions made by the President
and Board of Trustees.
