Learn your rights and inform your supervisor. We encourage you to read the wage and hour sheet that is relevant to your job, internship, or volunteer experience. You will only need one of these, choose the one that is right for you. Worksite supervisors should review this list to determine whether the student would be considered an employee, intern or volunteer.
